The method of amnanda was developed from the age-old traditional knowledge of Ayurveda. Asian monks refined this cure over a time span of more than 300 years, and its beginnings occurred more than 2000 years ago. It was used through the centuries in Asia, however, exclusively within convents by monks.
Baba Ramdas Swami, a Tibetan monk and ayurvedic doctor, made the method available to us in Europe, as a precious gift.
amnanda makes it possible to release stress and all its negative ramifications on our body and soul. Physical and mental strains can affect us in very different ways, but more often than not they lead to premature symptoms of old age.
