|Who was your Amnanda trainer?||
My practice as a yoga teacher and therapist is very much directed towards a better understanding of self, exploring our bodies and its habits and how this relates to other patterns through which we run our lives. This self awareness allows us the option of conscious change. Amnanda is a beautiful addition to this work as it creates space and new opportunities rippling outwards from our bodies into all other dimensions of our lives. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for these two very simple but powerful tools and enjoy working with everyone who wishes to explore them.
