Amnanda Moksha is an Ayurvedic oil treatment. “Amnanda” is a Sanskrit word that means “way of joy” or “way to light”. “Moksha” also comes from Sanskrit and means “liberation”.
The goal of Amnanda Moksha is the liberation of internal blocks that restrict our personal freedom, self-determination and freedom of choice.
Everyone has had experience with blocks and their many effects. Just as complex are the often unconscious causes. They always come from our life experiences, imprints, conditioning and genetic preconditions. So, the question arises, “Can I want what I want”?
The process of releasing our internal blocks is carried out through the Ayurvedic oil treatment, which stimulates the metabolism. This means that hormones, enzymes and neurotransmitters are activated. This is the beginning of feeling and thinking within a context of trust, safety and security. This triggers new positive feelings, which in turn causes a new positive self-reflection and leaves previous blockages in a completely different light.
The Amnanda moksha process consists of six oil treatments carried out at monthly intervals over the course of six months. The time between treatments is necessary to integrate the cycle of feeling, thinking, self-reflection and change in everyday life.
